The Bocci 14 Series Single Pendant with Mini Canopy, designed by architect Omer Arbel, is a unique sphere made from cast glass that creates a rich halo of light. Unlike most contemporary lighting, the 14 Series Single Pendant is visually quite subtle in and of itself--it won't dominate a room. Instead, this fixture is designed for clustering, gaining tremendous visual strength when multiplied, resulting in what appear to be tiny candles encased in floating spheres of water. Bocci creates contemporary pendant lighting, chandeliers, sconces and custom lighting, including the award-winning Bocci 14 series. Each individual pendant is an articulated seamed cast glass sphere with a frosted cylindrical void which houses a 10 Watt long life xenon or standard halogen lamp.
